Ms. Esposito has been a claims, insurance and legal industry professional for over 28 years as a licensed lawyer for 20 years. Her experience traverses all lines of claims and run-off business, with adjuster licenses in over 20 states. She owned and operated two large national claims companies for over 20 years, where she helped increase company revenue from 1 to over 45 million dollars, decrease expenses and maintain proper staffing. Both companies were sold in 1998 and 2008 to publicly traded companies.
Ms. Esposito performs mergers and acquisitions claims and liability assessments for insurance enterprises, investment firms, and state agencies, including target screening, due diligence review of target operational, claims, legal, and vendor management areas, and interviews of up to the highest level of personnel for performance evaluation, judgment assessment, and potential retention at closing. She prepares staffing models, efficiency workflows, procedure manuals and Catastrophic Claims Handling Plans (CAT Plans) to ensure adequate compliance, coverage, and distribution.
After due diligence and mergers and acquisitions closing, she delivers systematic strategic proposals for restructure, integration and divestiture and conducts on-site implementation of her proposals with focus on cost-effective finality. She often interacts with regulatory commissioners for clients.
